In the Axe Valley Dojo we learn Seido Karate. Sensei Jack teaches this traditional style as it was first developed by Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura. Seido Karate is a versatile, mentally engaging, physically challenging martial art that strengthens mind, body and spirit.
