SPORTS MASSAGE
Everyone needs massage!
Anyone who moves can benefit from this targeted hands-on therapy. A good sports massage can help relieve muscle tension and improve your understanding of how and why your body moves in the way it does. Sports massage can also help with injury management.
I’m fortunate to have a great space at California Health & Fitness Gym in Axminster. There’s plenty of free parking.

About your therapist
I became a BTEC Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist in 2021. Shortly after qualifying I started to assist with the training of new therapists with my teachers at the Oxford School of Sports Massage.
A sports massage therapy session with me will include:
- A conversation about your condition, whether it is an injury, or a goal;
- Some assessments to establish your current status;
- Hands-on treatment, including a range of methods;
- Take home exercises to continue development.
This means that you will get a great deal from an hour with me, but it also means that the whole hour will not be massage.
Massage therapy is a starting point for you to continue the work outside of the clinic as only a small impact will be realised in an hour. If you would rather just focus on the hands-on section please let me know.
